My character is the leader of the Black-Skull bandit clan and, as of this post, he is the only member of the clan. They are known as the "Black-Skull" clan due to their leader having the skull war paint in black, your character can either have it or not, it's up to you. You can be any race, follow any of the Nine/Daedric Princes, and be either vampire, werewolf, or neither. You can use any armor, weapon, or magic type, I really don't care, there are absolutely no limitations. Thank you in advance should you decide to create a Black-Skull bandit.
