The dragon let out a hearty laugh when the Khajiit said she didn't even write letters to her friends and had to write to one of her enemies. This mortal was very fascinating and complex compared to others that he had encountered in his time. Perhaps this encounter with the Argonian would prove to be a good one and chance the course of the war in Skyrim.
"Maybe you should write them more often? Don't mortals normally send each other letters when they are far away from somebody they care about?" asked the dragon, very curious to know what S'kvari's answer might be. "Now that I have talked in circles for quite some time, I can offer you one last thing. Another word of power to help you defeat Alduin. Which shout do you believe would help you the most?"

"Hm... Storm Call. If you can give me that first word, finding the other two shouldn't be hard." The Legate said with a smile. The thought of raining lightning down on her foes was a fantastic one indeed. "And to answer your question, yeah. Normally they do write. I just usually don't."

Storm Call. A very powerful, but draining shout. Vokunulov rarely ever used that shout himself since it took quite a long time to recharge his energy, but it was always fun to give Skyrim a good storm every once in awhile.
"Ahhh, Storm Call. A shout that is very effective against dragons," Vokunulov lifted his head and gazed up at the sky. "The first word of power for that shout is Strun. In your tongue, Strun means Storm. Feel the power of the word in your very soul, think of what it means to create a storm out of nothing. I shall give you my knowledge of the world. Use it wisely."
With swift beating of his wings, Vokunulov lifted up off the ground. Still hovering, the knowledge of the word Strun flowed out of his soul and into the mind of the Khajiit.
"Keep an eye on the sky, Kaaz Fahdon. Farewell." And with that, the ancient dragon disappeared into the clouds above.

S'kvari saluted the dragon as he left, letting the new power course through her veins. It felt great, but she knew such power would have to used wisely. After the old dragon left, she set off towards Kynesgrove so she could start on her letter to an Argonian.
