Houses

Houses can be claimed. Also, for the cities of Falkreath, Whiterun, Riften, and (in special cases) Dawnstar, I'll allow you to create your own house. Character made houses may also be located outside of cities. However, there are a few guidelines.

• No house is bigger than Proudspire Manor.
  
• Only one more house will be added to Haafingar No additional houses will be added to Haafingar.
  
• For canon houses, character's wealth must match the house's price.

Here are the canon houses:

• Proudspire Manor (Solitude) - Owned by S'kvari
  
• Hjerim (Windhelm) - Owned by Tells-Grim-Tales
  
• Vlindrel Hall (Markarth) - Open
  
• Honeyside (Riften) - Open
  
• Breezehome (Whiterun) - Open
  

For non-canon houses, you must PM with the houses name, description and location. For example, if you want a house in the Whiterun Hold, you must tell me that, otherwise, no house for you. Here are the non-canon houses:

• Veilstream (Dawnstar) - A small house on the outer border of Dawnstar. It has a living area, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. - Owned by Arya the Unseen
  
• Gilded Glory (Riften) - A house that is slightly larger than Honeyside. It has a two bedrooms, a kitchen, combined alchemy/enchanting room, and a large basement. The basement is full of secret compartments/rooms and has a hidden passage to the Ragged Flagon. - Owned by Ja'Remy
  
• Simple Pleasures (Riften) - a small, two-room home on the lower level of Riften, very similar to the homes of the lower-class merchants. It has a combined living/kitchen area with a hearth and a bedroom area. However, this home also has a wardrobe with a secret panel that leads to a tunnel that's connected to the Ratway. - Owned by Raziah.
  
• Emerald Manor (Solitude) - Emerald Manor is just a bit smaller than Proudspire Manor. It's name is derived from the emerald colored stained-glass windows and tiles that line the floors. The basement holds several storerooms for wine as well as an Alchemy Lab. The ground floor has a kitchen, den, and dining room. The den has several weapon racks, both wall mounted and standing. The upstairs has a master bedroom and a smaller one to the side of it. - Owned by Severus Rex
