"They would be spoiled. If not by then, then by me. They would be too cute for me to resist." She chuckled before addressing his first comment. As she began to speak again, they were almost to the gates. "And I appreciate the complement, dear. It means a lot to hear you say that. Now, what do you say we get out of this harsh wind and write a letter?"

The wind didn't bother the old Dunmer much, but the nip in the air certainly did. It was a little too cold out to be hanging around for too long, so Fenris nodded when she mentioned going inside.
"Certainly," he responded, "That reminds me, have you seen Sovali today? I haven't seen her around the College... maybe I just missed her when lessons started."

She oppened the doors and walked in, knowing Fenris would shut the door behind them. Then she opened the door to the Arch-Mage's quarters, this time waiting for Fenris and closing the door herself. As the walked up the stairs, Annalynn resumed talking. "I actually don't know where our lovely Destruction teacher is, though I bet you have a note in your quarters. Now," She sat down at the table, starting on her letter and sitting a pen and paper in front of Fenris so he could write his own if he wished. "since we are in private. Aeringar is the Bosmer's name. I figured you might want to write your own letter so he could at least know who will be dealing with."

Fenris followed Annalynn into the College and shut all of the doors behind them. When they got into the Arch-Mage quarters, the name of the mysterious Blades member was finally spoken aloud. Aeringar... An interesting name, one Fenris had never heard before.
"Perhaps you should leave me out of the letter entirely... I don't want to scare him off because of my curiosity and him lose trust in you since you told me." Fenris told her, "Maybe just mention that you have a friend that could be a potential ally? And when we meet, I can pretend like I know nothing about him."

"Don't be ridiculous. I promised him that anyone I told would be an ally and wouldn't rat him out to the Thalmor. However, if you don't want to write, you don't have too. I'll just put a little more detail into mine." She said, taking her paper back and continuing to write. "What curiosities could you possibly scare him off with?"

Fenris chuckled, "By curiosity I meant my tendency to pry into everybody's personal life." The Dunmer looked around the Arch-Mage's quarters, he had always been quite fond of the little garden of alchemy components in the middle of the room. Fenris liked watering all of the plants when he could, but rarely did since he was busy tutoring apprentices when lessons were over. His mind started to wander again. "But not only that, i'm a rather scary and intimidating mage." Of course he was kidding, but it didn't stop Fenris from cracking up at his own joke. He enjoyed poking fun at himself from time to time.

"Oh yes, you are almost as scarey as a rabbit, Fenris." She laughed. "I'm sure Aerin with be mortified." She finished up her letter and sealed it, marking it as confidential. Yet she didn't address it to Aeringar, she addressed it to Legate S'kvari. "I'll include a note to my dear friend S'kvari as to what to do with it. Being Dovahkiin, she is likely to meet him if she hasn't."

Fenris laughed when Annalynn compared him to a rabbit. It was soooooo true, Fenris just was not a scary person. Some of the things he conjured up were terrifying, but he was not. The Dunmer was probably the least threatening person in the entire College.
"I'm at least as frightening as a mud crab!" he replied with a chuckle. When he realized how much time had passed, Fenris decided that it was probably time to check up on his students. "Well my friend, I should probably head back and check up on my apprentices. Let me know when you get a response on your note." Fenris smiled and then headed out.
