I assuming we can increase our levels in particular skills IC by using them often but how would it be recognised or achieved that I assume a member of staff would say "you can now use master."

For now, I'll let you be the judge of that. Be reasonable though. I'm choosing to trust that you'll do the right thing, but I will be stricter if people start getting out of hand.

Another question! Would the characters with a higher level of the speech skill get better prices? It is after all probably the key benefit in the game of investing in speech.
