A little question, as this site is freeform is it possible to benefit from a higher tiered armour (in my case, Daedric or Dragonplate) but represent it as a different suit for aesthetic reasons?
That is to say, I can purchase a suit of daedric (having already purchased everything underneath) but claim my character is wearing Ebony but benefit *as if* I was wearing daedric?
Not much of a fan on the visuals of Daedric & Dragonplate you see.

Afraid not friend. Your character will be wearing what ever you last purchased. Looks and all Sorry.

Another question (thought I'd post it here as opposed to setting up a new thread) but is there any plans for purchasable items like amulets & what not?

Nope, you can obtain the stuff like that on your own. Just be reasonable. The only other thing we have plans on putting in the shop is Spell Tomes

I just realised something in my latest shop purchase, I just bought the Elven Sword, do I need to buy the Dwarven sword next (which actually does one point less of damage!) or can my next one be the next higher damage (which is actually ebony)?

Well, you have to buy the dwarven, but you get half of what you spent on the elven back, so you have that much more to go toward ebony.

Ah yes, but the Elven sword is the better weapon....so shouldn't up be continually upgrading as opposed to selling in a better item to get a worst one?

well, its worse base damage, fully upgraded is actually better. so, dwarven is next.

Actually, since Elven and Dwarven are on the same Smithing tier, he would be able to skip the Dwarven sword.

Questions! Questions! Questions!
In this instance concerning the spells. Just to clear up on the wording, it says you can know spells dependent on your skill choices when we app'd characters. Does this mean we can purchase up to....say, adept spells or we know them already and must purchase the stuff beyond, like Expert & Master spells?

if your character's primary skill is Destruction, then they KNOW up to and including the adept Destruction spells and can go on to purchase Expert.
However if it is a secondary skill, they can know up to and including the Apprentice spells and go on to purchase adept.
