Vashan looked around as he finally passed through the gates of Solitude, Skyrim's great capital. Though to be honest, to Vashan's eyes it was smaller than he had expected. His own capital of Alinor he would have described as majestic with its souring towers, while the Imperial City of Cyrodiil was a huge place that could be seen for countless miles around it. Solitude though… it was small and rustic looking. Then again Vashan had heard that most of Skyrim was 'rustic' in comparison to what he was used to. And it was freezing! Vashan knew he was now further north than he had ever been before, yet he dearly hoped that the rest of Skyrim was not as cold as its capital.
As can be guessed, Vashan was a newcomer to Skyrim, having only arrived a few days earlier on a small smugglers ship nearby. He did not want a grand opening to his time here after all, and after what he had done the smugglers would not be telling anyone anything ever again. His eyes quickly took in the details of the city, as he looked over the city. He was in the lower section with the shops and a very oddly names inn. He decided that it would be best to simply observe this place first, before seeing how far he could push without resistance.
